Keto dinner menu

Monday | Spicy chicken with zucchini and cabbage:

This delicious chicken is a meal prep recipe. You can marinate the chicken thighs a night before to get the maximum flavor but 15-20 minutes of marination is still fine. Saute the veggies with the seasoning of your own choice and cook the chicken thighs. We love some extra spicy marinade so we add some more cayenne pepper but you can make it mild spicy just the way you like it. It’s the perfect dinner for a busy Monday night.

Tuesday | Ground beef taco salad:

We just love salads and we simply cannot get over with it. This taco salad with ground beef is our go-to dinner recipe and is mouth-watering. Simply cook ground beef and spread it onto the chopped lettuce bed along with your favorite veggies. We love cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and avocado in this salad. Drizzle some fresh lemon juice and season it with your favorite salad dressings and you’re good to go.

Wednesday | Pan-seared steak with mushrooms:

It’s a very easy skillet recipe and is also low-carb keto-friendly. You can use any other veggie instead of mushrooms. We love to season our rib-eye steak with salt, freshly ground pepper, and fresh thyme. You can choose any other cut of your choice. The nutritious value of mushrooms is very high so we prefer mushrooms on the side but you can choose veggies as well. Cook the steak according to your desired doneness and enjoy.

Thursday | Shrimp vegetable skillet:

Tired of eating chicken and beef? No worries we’re coming with another option and what could be the better treat other than shrimps. Seafood is our favorite food but shrimps are our all-time favorite. This shrimp veggie skillet is the easiest recipe that you can make at home on a busy weeknight. Just cook shrimps for 2 minutes on each side and set aside. Add your favorite veggies in the skillet and stir for few minutes. Our favorite veggies are zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus. Season with your favorite spices and mix the shrimps with veggies. And you’re ready to serve yourself with the best.

Friday | Keto bacon sushi:

It's Friday and you want to satisfy your sushi cravings. We have got you covered here as well. This keto bacon sushi is a perfect treat on a weekend. Just bake bacon strips and fill them with cucumber, carrot, or any other veggie of your choice along with cream cheese. Roll it up and voila! sushi rolls are ready. Top them with sesame seeds and enjoy with some keto-friendly soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi.

Saturday | Tuscan butter salmon:

Due to thick creamy tomato basil sauce, this Tuscan butter salmon is our most favorite dish, and it's very easy to make. Cook the salmon for few minutes and prepare the sauce by adding cream cheese, heavy cream, tomatoes, and spinach. Season with spices of your own choice and cook until the sauce thickens. Butter salmon is ready and is loaded with rich fats and creamy goodness.

Sunday | Zucchini noodles with meatballs:

It’s the last day of the weekend then what other option could be better than zucchini noodles topped with beef meatballs. Make the zucchini noodles with a spiralizer and set them aside. Prepare the meatballs by adding all the essential spices in the ground beef and make balls out of it. Cook them on low heat. Make any kind of sauce that fits according to your taste buds be it creamy cheese or tomoato sauce. Mix the meatballs in the sauce along with zoodles and your favorite cheesy zucchini pasta is ready.
